The 60-second version

Media operator. AI-first. Builder of small weird things.

I'm Kevin Zoss — Head of Media and co-founder at Lazy Boy Agency in Los Angeles. I plan and buy media for brands that want to show up in culture, and I run an AI operation that most engineering teams would envy: agent companies that build my tools, write my reports, and ship while I sleep.

What I do

Three jobs, one operator

Media at scale

Strategy, planning, and buying across TV, digital, social, OOH, and cinema. Reach and frequency math, vendor negotiation, and plans that survive contact with reality.

Lazy Boy Agency

AI operations

Five-agent AI companies with real org charts, escalation rules, and verification gates. They build internal tools, run seeding programs, and open pull requests overnight.

The agent factory

Ventures in the lab

A kids' physical-therapy game, a print-on-demand brand, a car-buying concierge, a traveling tattoo studio. Small bets built fast with AI teams, shipped for real.

The portfolio

Selected work

Brands I put in culture

Electrolit

Multi-channel campaigns around the biggest sporting moments on earth — OOH, TV, cinema, social, and retail, planned and bought end to end.

Square

Creator-led fintech launch with one of the biggest names on the internet, from strategy through trafficking.

Dr. Squatch

Creator programs and media that keep a challenger grooming brand loud, weird, and growing.

Warby Parker

Influencer-first eyewear work built on taste and speed.

The operating system

How I actually work

  • Agent teams, not chat windows. My AI runs as five-agent companies with lanes, worklogs, and a boss agent that reports to me.
  • Verification before "done." Every agent has to prove its work ran — tests, checks, receipts — or say "unverified." No confident nonsense.
  • Loops over prompts. Recurring work becomes a scheduled loop: weekly reviews, campaign pacing, portfolio health. It runs whether I remember or not.
  • Ship small, ship real. Every venture gets a live product fast, then earns its next feature. Demos don't count.
